Payment and Cancellation Policies

All Services must be scheduled and paid for in advance.

Your appointment is very important to me and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or to reschedule your appointment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, I miss an opportunity to fill that time slot with another client.

Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as they are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or “no shows” will be charged 50 dollars.

Appointments missed due to an emergency will be considered on an individual basis. Please reach out to me if you feel a refund or reschedule without penalty is warranted.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidents, health emergency or weather, that require either of us to have to cancel or a location to be closed during regular hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no charges will apply.
